Restaurants & cafés2 automations that fit

An AI agent that takes the reservation while the phone is still ringing.

On a Friday evening the phone does not stop, the WhatsApp line fills with requests for a table for eight, and someone on Instagram wants to know whether you do a set menu for a birthday. The host is seating guests, so half the messages are read at midnight, when those tables are long gone.

The problem

  • Friday and Saturday reservation requests arrive faster than anyone can answer them.
  • The same questions all evening: menu, parking, children, whether you take groups.
  • No-shows on a full night leave your best tables empty.

How it works

Call, set-up, then it runs.

You see it working before you commit to anything.
  1. Step 130 minutes

    Demo call

We show the automation working live, look at the tools you use today, and tell you honestly whether it fits.

  2. Step 21 to 2 weeks

    Set-up

We connect it to your accounts and data, test it on real examples, and a person checks its output before it runs on its own.

  3. Step 3Monthly

    Run & improve

We keep it running. Every month we measure its accuracy and the time it saves, tune it as your business changes, and widen what it handles as trust grows.

Questions

What people ask before they hire us.

Can it take a booking for a large group?

It takes ordinary tables on its own. Group bookings, private rooms and anything involving a deposit are passed to the manager with the details already collected, because those need a person to say yes.

In summer we get messages in three languages.

The agent replies in the language the guest writes in, from the same menu and the same house rules, and your team sees the conversation in the language you work in.

Is it worth it in the quiet months?

It does not create demand, so a quiet January stays a quiet January. What changes is that nothing which does come in goes unanswered, and the follow-up on unanswered enquiries actually goes out, which matters more when there are fewer of them.
