Courses & academies2 automations that fit

An assistant for enrolment and a mentor that reads every assignment.

Before an intake the same questions arrive on WhatsApp all week: when does it start, will there be a recording, can I pay in instalments, is it suitable for a beginner. Once the intake closes the opposite problem starts: two hundred people are submitting exercises and one trainer cannot write two hundred pieces of feedback.

The problem

  • The same enrolment questions repeat for weeks before every intake.
  • Assignments pile up and feedback arrives too late to be useful.
  • Learners who go quiet in week two are noticed in week six.

How it works

Call, set-up, then it runs.

You see it working before you commit to anything.
  1. Step 130 minutes

    Demo call

We show the automation working live, look at the tools you use today, and tell you honestly whether it fits.

  2. Step 21 to 2 weeks

    Set-up

We connect it to your accounts and data, test it on real examples, and a person checks its output before it runs on its own.

  3. Step 3Monthly

    Run & improve

We keep it running. Every month we measure its accuracy and the time it saves, tune it as your business changes, and widen what it handles as trust grows.

Questions

What people ask before they hire us.

Will learners feel they were graded by a machine?

Every score is written against your rubric with the reasons next to it, and your trainer can read and change any of it before it goes out. What changes is the waiting: feedback arrives while the learner still remembers the exercise.

Our assignments are open-ended, not multiple choice.

That is the case it is built for: written work scored against the criteria your trainers already use, with the weak points named. Where the rubric cannot decide, the submission goes to a trainer instead of being given a number.

Can it handle a large intake at once?

A cohort of a few hundred is graded on the same schedule as a cohort of ten. Set-up takes one to two weeks for the chat agent and two to three for the mentor, because your rubric has to go in first.
