The problem
A roadside tyre service gets requests on WhatsApp as loose free text. Staff lose time chasing the registration, tyre size and location before they can send anyone, and messages at night wait until morning.
What we built
- Reads the registration, tyre size, location and fault out of free-text WhatsApp messages.
- Asks for anything missing, one question at a time, in a natural tone.
- Writes each finished job to the dispatch sheet and de-duplicates repeated messages.
- Retries once on unusable model output and alerts a person on WhatsApp when something fails.
Where it stands
Built as a working demo of our chat agent: 34 offline tests and 22 live conversation checks pass against the production model.
