The Site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, logos, the Visne name and marks, and the underlying code, are owned by or licensed to Visne LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit it commercially without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visne LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visne LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may modify these terms at any time. The revised version takes effect when posted, indicated by the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Visne LLCprovides professional software development, applied AI, and related technology services (“Services”). The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment schedule for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement (“Engagement Agreement”) signed by both parties. These Terms govern use of the Site; where an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement controls for that engagement.

Unless an Engagement Agreement states otherwise:

• Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and invoiced as set out in the applicable Engagement Agreement.
• Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice (net 14 days by default).
• Because the Services are custom professional work performed to order, fees for work already performed or in progress are non-refundable. Any refund of prepaid amounts for work not yet started will be handled in accordance with the applicable Engagement Agreement.
• Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the Engagement Agreement; the client remains responsible for fees for Services performed up to the effective date of termination.
